Spend your vacation in sheer luxury, while experiencing the lifestyles of the “Maharajas” of yore. The fourteen ornate coaches of the Palace of the Wheels speak of the history and social customs of erstwhile princes and kings. You will be taken on a journey through the romantic state of Rajasthan and will visit the exquisite palaces, forts, gardens and lakes.
A train journey through Delhi, Rajasthan, Agra and Taj Mahal. All meals are included while aboard the train.
Day 01- TUE – DELHI
Day 02 – WED – JAIPUR

Day 05 – SAT – JODHPUR
Day 06 – SUN – RANTHAMBHORE / CHITTAURGARH
Day 07 – MON – UDAIPUR

Day 09 – WED – DELHI
Day 01:TUE - DELHI
Arrival in New Delhi. Upon arrival, meeting and transfer to hotel. Accommodation will be available for occupancy by 12 noon. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to recuperate from the journey.
Day 02:WED - JAIPUR
Tour of the city. Visit Presidential Palace, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Chandni Chowk. In the evening transfer to Jaipur by car / coach. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 03:THU - JAIPUR
Tour of the city. Visit City Palace, Palace of Winds, Observatory, Rambagh Palace and Amber Fort. See the Amber Fort on elephant back. Board the Palace On Wheels, which will and depart from Jaipur at 5.30 PM for Jaisalmer. Dinner will be served on board the train.
Day 04:FRI - JAISALMER
Arrive in Jaisalmer at 6:15 AM. Sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer Fort and the exquisitely carved Havelis and palaces. In the afternoon, take a Camel Safari to see the sand dunes. Attend a cultural program with dinner in the evening. Depart for jodhpur at 11.00 PM. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on board.
Day 05:SAT - JODHPUR
Arrive in Jodhpur at 8:00 AM. Sightseeing tour of city including visits to Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada and Mehrangarh Fort. Depart at 3:30 PM for Sawai Madhopur. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on the train.
Day 06:SUN - RANTHAMBHORE / CHITTAURGARH
Arrival at Sawai Madhopur at 4:00AM. After breakfast visit the Ranthambore Tiger Project Wildlife Reserve. Depart at 11:00 AM for Chittaurgarh. Arrive at Chittaurgarh at 3:30 PM. Tou the city and visit the Chittaurgarh Fort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board the train.
Day 07: MON - UDAIPUR
Sightseeing tour of Udaipur, including the city Palace. Enjoy a boat cruise in Lake Pichola and visit the Lake Palace hotel. At 8:00 PM depart for Bharatpur, Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on board.
Day 08:TUE - BHARATPUR, AGRA & TAJ MAHAL
Arrive in Bharatpur at 6:00 AM. Visit the World Heritage Ghana National Bird Sanctuary and Fatehpur Sikri. Transfer to Agra. Check -in at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Agra, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09: WED - DELHI
Spend the morning engaged in independent activities, leisure and a visit to the Taj Mahal on your own. Check-out from the hotel by 12:00 noon. Transfer to Delhi airport by car / coach. It is a 4 - hours drive. Depart for your onward journey.
